Terror Attacks Follow 9/11/01

The months and years since 9/11/2001 have seen several terror attacks and tragic incidents that bear key resemblences and relationships to the 9/11 attack.

• The anthrax attack and scare coming in mailings of weaponized anthrax-containing letters on September 18, and October 9 of 2001 That attack seemed designed to assure passage of the USA PATRIOT Act.
• The crash of American Airlines Flight 587 on November 12, killing people on the ground in Rockaway, Long Island -- a community just 11 miles from the World Trade Center and home to many of the fallen firefighters and police officers.
• The Madrid train bombings on March 11 of 2004, comming exactly 911 days after the 9/11/2001 attack.
• The London bombings on July 7 of 2005.
