Subsequent Terror Attacks Echo the Pattern of 9/11/01

Of the several prominent post-9/11 terror attacks, the anthrax attack and scare has the most obvious connections to 9/11. The first wave, launched one week after 9/11, targeted the network news anchors as if to signal them to stay the course of promoting the new War on Terror. The second wave, launched one month after the 9/11, singled out the two most powerful Democratic Senators -- Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahey -- just as they were attempting to slow the passage of USA PATROIT Act.
